 DESCRIPTION

According to Coombe, Folse, and Hubley (2007), "Assessment includes a broad range of activities and tasks that teachers use to evaluate students and growth in a daily basis" (p. xiii). That is, an evaluation that emerge from the basis of humanistics rather than preconceived and conductive paradigms.

As part of the evaluation features contained in the course "Evaluación en el Aprendizaje del inglés", the purpose of this portfolio is to constructively revise a learning experience from a different perspective, which includes:

a- Analysis of three assigments related to: self-assessment of a test, design of a final written test, and designing of assessment instruments.
b- A rationale for each of the mentioned tasks.
c- An essay on the highlights of my personal teaching experience, areas of improvemnet, and action plans.
d- A conclusion part that refers to "Ten things to remember about assessment in English Learning."
